In this episode of RANE's Essential Geopolitics podcast, powered by Stratfor, Emily Donahue speaks to Ben West. West is Stratfor Senior Global Security Analyst at RANE. A May 30 report from the Danish Broadcasting Corporation outlined new details on how the U.S. and Danish intelligence services have cooperated to collect communications intelligence. While the media has focused on allegations of spying on European leaders, the target set was likely much broader and, West explains, the partnership benefitted more countries than the U.S. or Denmark.
